Cycling Levels of Service CLoS been designed as part of the London Cycling Design Standards. It based on the six design outcomes: DACCAS

We also discussed comfort levels for pedestrians, again London leads the way. obvously their pavements are mainly more crowded but usuful comparisons could be made with the pinchpoints such as by the station Take a look at their comfort guidance
